Scott began his career in real estate over 30 years ago and he has worked with some of Launceston's leading agencies, including until recently, Harcourts Launceston (formerly M&M Real Estate).

Scott delivers a high standard of service, and is excited to be able to offer a flexible approach to sales and marketing through Morrison Real Estate.

Over the last 3 years, Morrison Real Estate has been involved in the sale of many homes, all of which were extremely important to their owners. We have specialised in selling land sub-divisions and have been fortunate to be involved in the areas of Swan Bay, Hillwood, and the current release of Hadspen Hills Estate.
​
Residential sales have taken us from Shearwater to Coles Bay, and all areas in between. I have been selling properties for over 30 years, and though my previous clients are located everywhere, I still look after them.

Morrison Real Estate currently has a small growing stable of quality rental properties. We provide all our clients, both owners and tenants, with a high level of service at a realistic rate.

A lot of emphases is placed on being 'number one' in the real estate market. At the time of writing this article, there are approximately 13 'number one' agents in the Launceston area alone, and several firms claiming to be either number one or the leader in their category. The problem with the criteria required to be 'number one' is that all results are based on the turnover of sales, and/or the number of properties you have under management. It has become a numbers game.
